Do you offer a dedicated IP?

Yes - Business plans include a dedicated IP, which we assign and set up with you. Starter and Pro plans send from a monitored shared pool.

Can I import my existing lists?

Import via CSV with field mapping, or sync through our WordPress / PrestaShop plugins and REST API. Download the plugins →

Do you offer AI features?

An AI writing assistant is available on Business plans and above (credits): it rewrites and translates content, suggests subject line variants and drafts an email from a brief. More AI features are in development.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the EU (Germany), run by MailCraft, a service of the Polish company Web Systems. GDPR tools - double opt-in, consent records, export and erasure - are built in.

Is there a contract?

Can I manage multiple brands?
